IT Systems Support Analyst Needed! (Carrollton, TX)
Southwest Credit Systems, LP, is seeking an experienced Systems Support Analyst. Applicants must have minimum 3 years' experience working in Information Technology; including requirements analysis, development and implementation of Microsoft solutions. Qualified candidates will possess demonstrated success in various areas of IT support, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong skills in planning/execution. Must possess the ability to create and maintain support document. Necessary proficiency with: MS Exchange Server, SQL Server 2005/2008, Server Clustering, DHCP/DNS, WSUS, and TCP/IP. Position requires advanced expertise with MS Terminal Server/VDI and Active Directory.
